Shipping overview
Alendy ships decorative vases and trays to addresses within the United States only. Shipping is free on every order — there are no minimums and no surcharges for heavier ceramic or stoneware pieces.
Processing time
Orders are handpacked in our Los Banos, California studio and typically leave within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons (November–December) processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery estimates
- Standard ground: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- West Coast addresses: often 2–4 business days.
- Larger floor vases: may travel via freight-style ground for fragile items and can add 1–2 days.
Packaging & fragile items
Ceramic, glass, and stoneware pieces are wrapped in recycled molded pulp and double-boxed where needed. If a package looks damaged on arrival, photograph it before opening and contact us — see our returns policy for breakage replacements.
Tracking & lost packages
Every shipment includes tracking. If tracking shows delivered but you can't locate the package, contact us at info@alendy.shop within 7 days and we'll open a carrier investigation and make it right.
Taxes
No sales tax is added at checkout on Alendy orders.
