30-day returns
If a piece isn't right for your space, return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
How to start a return
- Email info@alendy.shop with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the studio return address.
- Pack the item securely (reuse the original packaging where possible) and ship it back.
Damaged or defective items
Decorative ceramics and glass occasionally break in transit. If your order arrives damaged, email a photo of the item and packaging to info@alendy.shop within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — you won't pay return shipping on breakage.
Non-returnable items
- Items marked final sale.
- Pieces showing use, scratches, or missing original packaging (unless damaged in transit).
Refund timing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the piece you want.
